Getting Started

Registration

Before you can get started with the Clavis Housekeeping API.

  1. You will need to request access to the Unilever Developer Portal. This can be done by emailing to api.support@unilever.com
  2. Once registered you will receive an email with details of your [userid and password] for the Unilever Developer Portal

Requesting API Access

After signing in to the Unilever Developer Portal, you will need to register your application to generate your Client ID and Client secret.

  1. From the Developer Portal homepage, click on the specific API that you wish to work with.
  2. Click on "Request API access", "New application".
  3. Fill in the form with details of your application and IP addresses to be whitelisted.

  4. Click Add.

  5. Now, select the Standard SLA Tier and review the Terms and Conditions.

  6. Click Request API Access again and your application will then be created.

Your Client ID and Client secret can be found by clicking on "My applications" from the Developer Portal homepage. Once your request is approved by the API Admin, you can start using the API.
